Marijuana & Tobacco

Many believe that the use of marijuana is not only safe but even promotes human health. Scientists have denied this assumption since the new data suggests exactly the opposite. Marijuana can damage the heart and lungs in the same way that tobacco can. This was reported by cardiologists in one of the famous scientific journals. In the process of studying the effect of cannabis on humans, experts found that the main problems in patients who had heart attacks were the use of drugs such as cocaine and marijuana.

Today, the number of seizures among people who use marijuana is on the rise. Experts note that regular pot smoking doubles the risk of death among patients under the age of fifty. Other effects also appear after the use of this drug: the appearance of blood clots in the arteries, spasms of the coronary vessels, and arrhythmia.
