Five States Intend to Vote to Legalize Marijuana

In New Jersey, Arizona, South Dakota, and Montana, voters are ready to support legalizing cannabis for all adults over the age of 21. Mississippi’s voters want to participate in the medical marijuana program as well.

Cannabis stocks surged after Senator Kamala Harris said in a vice-president’s debate that the Biden administration would decriminalize marijuana at the federal level.
